Editing Vertical Place Text is difficult with AutoCAD 2006 tips

This is one feature of the new "edit text in place" feature I do not like at all. Vertical text is harder to work with when it stays vertical on edit! Here are a couple of work-arounds:
For Mtext (multi-line text) set MTEXTED to OLDEDITOR
For Dtext (single-line text) set DTEXTED to 1
